one week later

It appears that I'm paying for last weeks antics. The sunday following the 10K resulted in a sinus infection. I finally broke down and went to a minute clinic. The PA confirmed my own diagnosis and advised I use a decongestant, sudifed, nasal wash, and ibuprofen. This has set me back running, but I've had a chance to put on some miles on the stationary bike for the indoor tri next week. Anyway, the super bowl is on, so the american thing to do is watch the commercials. I also got Pam Reeds book and can't wait to read it. later
