Down time

The last few weeks have been kind of slow in the training department. We seem to be passing "colds" around every week and someone has been sniffling or sneezing at just about any given moment. I am starting to feel better and have been to do some incline work on the treadmill. I plan to start getting in some mileage soon, but a little help from the weather would be nice. I will try and be more consistent with the posts. It helps keep me honest and focused on my goals. April 18th is the Trail Mix 25K and I got some work to do.
